2. Information we collect
The exact information depends on the service you choose.
- Enquiries and questionnaires: name, email, company, website, budget range, goals, constraints and the message you provide.
- Accounts: username, email, profile and company information, consent choices and authentication data managed by Django.
- Business Universe: business-map content, tasks, comments, statuses and activity needed to provide the workspace.
- Technical data: essential session and CSRF cookies, security logs and request information needed to keep the service reliable.
- Unfinished public forms: eligible fields are kept in this browser's local storage so you can continue later on the same device. They are not sent to us until you submit the form. Passwords and security tokens are never included in these drafts.
3. Why we use the information
- To answer an enquiry and take steps requested before entering into a contract.
- To create and operate an account or Business Universe workspace and provide the agreed service.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain backups based on legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To send marketing communication only when separate consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Service providers and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, database, backup and email providers only to the extent needed to operate the service. Access is limited to authorised people and providers under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an applicable transfer safeguard must be used. More information about current providers and safeguards is available on request.
5. Retention
Enquiry and questionnaire information is kept while the request is handled and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised unless it is needed for a contract, legal claim or statutory duty.
Account and Business Universe information is kept while the account or service relationship is active. After closure, information is deleted or restricted when it is no longer required by accounting, legal or security obligations. Rotating backups expire according to the operational backup cycle.
Marketing consent records are kept until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends.
A local unfinished-form draft remains on the device until the form is successfully submitted, you remove the saved copy with the form control, or browser storage is cleared.
6. Browser storage, cookies and analytics
Essential session and CSRF cookies may be used for login, forms and security. They are required for the requested service.
Local storage is used only to preserve unfinished form fields on the same device. You can remove each saved copy from the form without submitting it.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies must not be enabled without the notice and consent mechanism required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request:
- access to and correction of your personal data;
- deletion or restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- data portability where applicable;
- withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
