Clear boundaries for the work

The package includes up to 4 hours of routine changes each month and agreed routine maintenance. The client supplies source materials. Unused hours do not roll over. Redesigns, complex integrations, new functionality and larger pages are quoted separately; additional work is agreed before it starts.
